A varied part time role (4pm to 9pm Monday to Friday) as a Finance/Administrative Assistant dealing with the booking of sports and social events for this sports facility and all administration relating to the bookings.



  • Liaising with customers by phone, in person or by email
  • Assisting clients in making bookings themselves for the hire of facilities or, where necessary, making bookings on the bookings system, ensuring all details including payment details are 100% correct
  • Producing all necessary invoices and sending to clients in strict accordance with the invoicing schedule
  • Chasing payment of outstanding invoices
  • Liaising with facilities team with regard to bookings on site that day and any special requirements
  • Meeting and greeting all customers upon arrival and dealing with any enquiries that may arise

About You

  • A finance related background, with experience of creating invoices, some general accounts experience, credit control experience would be an advantage
  • A customer focus and would ideally have some reception based experience
  • Great attention to detail, with some data entry skills
  • Strong written and numerical skills
