Graduate Intern - School Sport Partnership Data Analyst
Combining sport and research, you will aide in measuring the impact that the PE and School Sport premium is having within Southampton schools.

Southampton Solent University has 30 micro-internships available to 2017 graduates who may be unemployed or who haven’t had relevant work experience related to their studies.
You will be working within the co-curricular team that are part of the School of Sport, Health and Social Sciences. This is a small, friendly team that work mostly within primary schools in the local Southampton area, providing training and support to improve the quality of PE being delivered in their school. The role will also work with our academic staff who have an interest of research within primary school PE and School Sport.

This role is for 4 weeks starting on 8 January 2018 and finishing 2 February 2018. The salary is £1249.04 gross.
This role may be considered part-time if you are unable to apply for a full-time job. If you are intending to apply as part-time please specify your suggested hours of work within your cover message.
Please note that if you are applying part-time the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
Also note that your working hours should be within the University's usual working hours: Monday – Thursday between 8.30am-5pm and Friday between 8.30am-4.30pm.

In order to be eligible to apply for this post:
- You must have graduated with an undergraduate degree from Southampton Solent University this year (July 2017)
- You are currently unemployed or you have a full or part-time job where you are not using your degree skills
- Not studying towards any postgraduate qualification
- You need to be available for work from Monday 8 January 2018 until Friday 2 February, 2018
You must be eligible to work in the UK full-time without restriction. If you were an overseas student you will need to have a visa that is valid for the duration of the role.
