We are currently recruiting a part time Recruitment Administrator to work for a specialist company based in Hove. As Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Consultants within the office.
- Day to day duties will include updating recruitment job boards, updating and maintaining filing systems, handling telephone enquiries, update candidate and client records, manage the candidate process, responding to reference requests, social media management and organise and coordinate meetings.
- I'm looking for candidates that are educated to A level or equivalent, have strong communication skills; both written and verbal, are motivated, calm when under pressure, have the ability to multitask and are IT literate.
- The hours are 9am - 5.30pm and you must be able to work all day Monday and Tuesday. The 3rd day can be flexible - either the Thursday or Friday.
- Full training and support will be given in this role.
