Commercial Accounts Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Queries Administrator to join a Large Service Provider on a part-time, permanent basis in the city centre of Manchester.
Reporting to the Commecial Credit Manager, you will be working along side a large dynamic yet hardworking team on a daily basis.
- Complete control of Ledger Management
- Deductions management
- Query Management - reason coding on SAP etc
- Preparation of reports and statement
- Be the first point of contact for query resolution, where appropriate
- Deal with customers (telephone, face to face and via email)
- Prompt response to enquiries
- Handle and resolve to queries and complaints
- Refer any unrelated/unresolved to right resource in a timely manner
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and / or external customers
- Track and control overspends and underspends to minimise P&L impact within account
- Processing of commercial claim invoices and the clearing down of these items back on SAP
